1 / Length of stay
The tenant signing a reservation for a fixed term can not under any circumstances claim any right to maintain the premises at the end of the stay

2 / Cancellation by the client
The cancellation of a stay must be notified in writing by email to the owner.
It is free more than 7 days before the scheduled date of stay.
From 1 to 7 days before the scheduled date, 30% of the price of the stay will be charged on the credit card provided as a guarantee.
If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the beginning of stay, the entire stay will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.
If the customer does not appear before 19:30 the day of the beginning of the stay, the contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his bed and breakfast.
In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the initial stay remains integrally acquired with the owner.Additional services not consumed will be refunded.

3 / Cancellation by the owner
If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner is led to cancel the reservation of a customer, information will be sent immediately to the latter by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, a message will also be sent by email.
The customer without prejudging recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be refunded immediately and in full sums paid. He will also receive compensation equal to the penalty he would have incurred if the cancellation had been made by him on that date.

4 / Arrival and departure times
Your room will be ready to welcome you from 16:30 until 19:30
To welcome our new guests in the best conditions, we thank you to release the room before 11:00 the day of your departure.

5 / Rates and tourist tax
The conditions and prices are non-contractual and modifiable without notice.
Prices are inclusive of breakfast.
The tourist tax of 0,80 € per night and per adult is paid additionally during the stay.

6 / Art of living and use of places
In particular, he is asked not to smoke inside the house. Failure to do so may result in smoke detectors that may trip unexpectedly and disrupt the comfort of all.
The customer agrees to make the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare systematically and to assume financially any degradation of which it would be responsible.
The attention of the customers is drawn to the fact that the minors evolving within the house are placed under the sole and complete responsibility of their parents or the persons having authority over them.
In case of forgetfulness in the room at the end of the stay, the effects can be sent to the person concerned, at his request and at his expense.
The owner will not accept any liability for loss, theft and / or damage and / or injury to property and / or persons in the house, for any reason.

7 / Access and capacity
The access to the house is strictly reserved to the customers of AU RELAIS DE CHAUSSY.
The reservation is made for a specific number of people. If the number of guests who arrive is higher than the initial reservation, the amount of the stay will be reviewed accordingly. In the same way if the number of people had to be lower, the amount of the stay would be adjusted. If however, the number of people should be greater than the capacity of the room, the extra people would be refused.
This refusal can not be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of more customers than those refused, no refund can be considered.

8 / Pets
We are sorry for not being able to accept your pets.
In case of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the owner reserves the right to refuse the rental to the owner of the animal.
This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered and the total amount of the stay must be adjusted.

9 / Accessibility of services
The owner can not guarantee the regularity of the water and electricity services whatever the duration of the cuts or dysfunction as well as any sudden closure of the site caused by a case of force majeure independent of his will.
The owner declines any responsibility, beyond his legal responsibility, for any privation or diminution of enjoyment not coming from his fact.
Its liability, beyond its legal responsibility, can not be engaged in case of breakdown or decommissioning of technical equipment, if the malfunction and repairs were unpredictable.
